Brian Noyes

Brian is Chief Architect at IDesign, Microsoft Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and a Connected Systems MVP. He is a frequent top rated speaker at conferences worldwide, including Microsoft TechEd, DevConnections, DevTeach, VSLive! and others. He is the author of Developing Applications with Windows Workflow Foundation, Smart Client Deployment with ClickOnce, and Data Binding with Windows Forms 2.0. Chris Eagle

Chris Eargle began coding shareware in his teens for the Legend of the Red Dragon by Seth Able Robinson. From there, he developed a career unintentionally following the products of Anders Hejlsberg: from Turbo Pascal to Delphi to C#. He is currently an enterprise architect at South Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance in Columbia, SC. Chris is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional – Visual C# and an INETA Community Champion. He is the president of the Columbia Enterprise Developers Guild and enjoys speaking at code camps, conferences, and user group meetings.

Daniel Bullington

Daniel Bullington architects and develops scalable, high quality software applications, built on proven technologies, patterns, and practices preferably using Agile/Scrum/XP/Iterative software methodologies. Aside from solving challenging business problems using technology, he values opportunities to mentor others in software engineering, development automation, and software quality; all of which he is quite passionate about. He is also a competent leader of development projects. Daniel is an MCSD in .NET and is pursuing his Master degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.

David Hoerster

David Hoerster, who has been working with the Microsoft .NET Framework since the early 1.0 betas, is Resources Global Professional's Director of Technology for the policyIQ product group in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he worked for CIBER as their Microsoft Practice Director since 2003. Prior to that, David has worked for several software product development companies in the role of software engineer and architect and has over 15 years of industry experience. David is also owner of AgileWays, a technology services firm specializing in providing software architecture, design and development solutions based upon Microsoft technologies. David is the Pennsylvania INETA Membership Mentor, the co-chair of the Pittsburgh .NET User's Group (PGHDOTNET) and is also a frequent speaker at Pittsburgh's user group and code camp events. As co-chair of PGHDOTNET, David's responsibilities include recruiting new members to the group, helping with the logistics of the events, and also encouraging community participation by recruiting members to speak at the regular meetings. For Pittsburgh's Code Camp events, David has been the lead coordinator where he was responsible for recruiting speakers, determining appropriate track topics, helping with planning and logistics and assisting with the overall planning of the event. He has also been a speaker at several Philadelphia's Code Camps, where his presentations have included topics on Microsoft BizTalk Server and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

David Makogon

David Makogon has been doing the programmer thing since the mid-80's, when Turbo Pascal was almost as cool as the mullet. He's now a Senior Consultant with RDA, where he's Technical Lead for the Architecture Guidance Evangelist team, and secretly listens to 80's hair band music. If he's not coding, he's probably shooting at people (with a camera).

Habeeb Rushdan

Habeeb Rushdan is a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Trainer with over 10 years of professional software development experience. He holds a B.S in C.S from the University of Maryland and is certified as a: Microsoft Certified Trainer, MCAD, MCPD, MCTS: .NET Framework 3.5 ASP.NET Apps, Certified Flash MX Developer, Adobe Certified Expert - Flash CS3, and an Adobe Certified Instructor. Habeeb has worked for several software product and technology consulting firms, and he now offers his expert software development and coaching talents to various organizations across the US through LowerHead Consulting, LLC, where he is a Managing Partner and co-founder. Teaching and leading software engineering teams are passions of Habeeb. From small startups with less than 10 employees, to multi-national organizations with over 10,000 employees, Habeeb and his clients, and peers find joy in his work. Over the last several years, Habeeb earned the privilege to offer technical instruction on several classes for prestigious organizations like the Computer Career Institute at Johns Hopkins University, SetFocus, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Hal Hayes

Hal is a frequent speaker on SQL Server Technologies (SQLCLR, XQuery, DotNetNuke), the founder, board member, and former president of Capital Area .NET User Group (CAPAREA.Net), VP of Capital DotNetNuke User Group (www.capitaldug.org), former Learning Tree Instructor for XML and SQL, and retired U.S. Navy Commander. Hal was also a designated Master Training Specialists for the U.S. Navy, responsible for developing several courses of instruction, coordinating multiple courses and was the division officer in charge of over fifty instructors for the Naval Amphibious School, Little Creek, Virginia.

Jeff Schoolcraft

Jeff Schoolcraft is the founder of The Queue Incorporated, a software consultancy focused on web application development using ASP.NET and Ruby on Rails. He's an active part of the local software development community, has run a few usergroups for a few years, organized over half a dozen code camps and speaks regularly. Away from the keyboard Jeff enjoys spending time with the women in his life; his wife and two daughters.

Jessica Moss

Jessica M. Moss, a Microsoft SQL Server MVP and business intelligence mentor with Solid Quality Mentors, is certified as an MCDBA, MCTS: SQL Server 2005 BI, and an MCITP: SQL Server 2005 BI. She has been working with SQL Server 2005 since its release and has participated in many warehousing and reporting solutions. Joel Cochran

Originally an AS/400 RPG Programmer, Joel has been a Contributing Editor for ITJungle.com (originally MidrangeServer.com) and has taught various Internet technologies at Blue Ridge Community College. He has been developing in C# full time since 2003 and is currently developing in .NET 3.5 SP1, devoting most of his development efforts these days to WPF. A frequent speaker at RVNUG and previous Code Camp presenter, Joel enjoys teaching and writing about .NET and web technologies, which he happily shares on his blog at http://www.developingfor.net. Joel has served as the Director of Operations for Stonewall Technologies, Inc., in Staunton, VA, since 2000.

John Baird

John Baird began his computer programming career while in the US Navy. In 1982, he helped form and direct the first PC-based computer processing department for training and manpower in the Department of Defense. After leaving the military in 1988, John began a varied career as a consultant developing business applications ranging from computer-based training to vertical market software for resellers. Today, John is working for the industry leader in financial software for fund administration. John was recently awarded MVP status for device application development.

John Blumenauer

John Blumenauer is the Director of Software Engineering for Metrico Wireless, Inc. in Frederick, MD. Before arriving at Metrico Wireless, John worked as a Senior Software Engineer for several software product development companies, including General Electric Aviation, MICROS and Orbital Sciences Corporation. During John’s 13-year career in software development, he has worked with a variety of languages and has contributed to projects of all sizes, including large scale enterprise applications. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and valuable experience with the development community by speaking at code camps throughout the region.  John is the President and co-founder of the Frederick (MD) .NET User Group (www.frednug.org). John Miller is a .NET solutions architect focused on the federal Law Enforcement and Homeland Security sector. I'm a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and an active member and speaker at the Capital Area Sharepoint Users Group.

Kevin Griffin

Kevin Griffin has been working with .NET for two years with Antech Systems, in Chesapeake, VA. He loves playing with new technologies. Kevin is the leader of the Hampton Roads .NET Users Group. He is also a regular attendee to the Richmond .NET Users Group and the Hampton Roads SQL Server and Sharepoint Users Group. In his spare time, he hangs out with his beautiful wife, plays video games, and works on small freelance projects.

Kevin Israel

Kevin Israel is a Solutions Architect with Ironworks Consulting in Richmond, VA and has been developing solutions with Microsoft technologies for 9 years. He is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Team System, President of the Innsbrook .Net User Group, serves on the Richmond Code Camp Committee, and is a member of the INETA Technical Team. In his spare time he enjoys working with the developer community, spending time with his family and pets, reading books (both technical and non-technical), practicing Aikido as well as hunting and fishing.

Pete Brown

Pete Brown is a Microsoft MVP for Client Application Development (Silverlight and WPF), an INETA speaker, and an Architect/Project Manager for Applied Information Sciences in the Washington, DC area. From his first sprite graphics and custom character sets on the Commodore 64 to 3d modeling and design through to Silverlight, Surface, Xna, and WPF, Pete has always had a deep interest in programming, design, and user experience. His involvement in Silverlight goes back to the Silverlight 1.1 alpha application that he co-wrote and put into production in July 2007. Pete has been programming for fun since 1984, and professionally since 1992.
