David Makogon
David Makogon has been doing the programmer thing since the mid-80's, when Turbo Pascal was almost as cool as the mullet. He's now a Senior Consultant with RDA, where he's Technical Lead for the Architecture Guidance Evangelist team. David speaks at several events, including past Code Camps, local user groups, and Microsoft events.
If he's not coding, he's probably shooting at people (with a camera).
Emad Ibrahim
Emad Ibrahim, MCSD, has been a professional developer for 10 years now and has worked with .net since the first beta. He has held titles ranging from architect to senior developer to consultant. Frank LaVigne
Frank La Vigne has been hooked on software development since he was 12 when he finally got his own C-64. Since then, he's worked on Wall Street, in Germany, and up and down the East Coast on projects ranging from a Tablet PC based Electionic Medical Records system to a CSI-style UI for a forensics application in WPF.
These days, he lives in semi-rural Maryland with his wife, four dogs, a cat, and a baby on the way. Somehow he finds time to blog, write a Silverlight book and even work.

Jeff Schoolcraft is the founder of The Queue Incorporated, a software consultancy focused on web application development using ASP.NET and Ruby on Rails. He's an active part of the local software development community, has run a few usergroups for a few years, organized over half a dozen code camps and speaks regularly. John Baird
John Baird began his computer programming career while in the US Navy. In 1982, he helped form and direct the first PC-based computer processing department for training and manpower in the Department of Defense. After leaving the military in 1988, John began a varied career as a consultant developing business applications ranging from computer-based training to vertical market software for resellers.
Today, John is working for the industry leader in financial software for fund administration. John was recently awarded MVP status for device application development.

Silvio Fiorito
Silvio's been developing software since high school where he began with CGI web applications, then moved on to Cold Fusion, Win32, Java, VB, and then finally .NET. His interest in optimizing, improving, and developing best practices for software development led him into the field of software security. His technology interests are not limited to software development however, as he's heavily involved in the car computing scene where he's constantly working on improving OS performance and reliability, developing Windows Embedded devices, and sharing tips with other enthusiasts. His experiments with hacking Windows XP to use Embedded features landed him a chapter in O'Reilly's book, Car PC Hacks.

Stephen J. Bodnar is the President and Owner of Geeks and Gurus, Inc. which has been developing data-driven software applications for desktops, corporate networks and the Internet since 1999. Steve Radich
I have been involved in programming since I was 5 and web application hosting since 1995 when I wrote a web application and couldn't find a host running IIS (then beta) and SQL Server (then version 4.3). In those 14 years I have been IIS MVP, ASP MVP, and involved in hosting / performance tuning for thousands of customers, from small businesses (including those wanting the very cheapest hosting they can use) to sites with millions of visitors per day. I am very active in SQL Server, Hyper-V / Virtual Server, and ASP.Net, including performance tuning of each.
Van Van Lowe
Van, a Senior Web Developer for Innervisions Software, Inc. since 1996, started programming Mainframes using COBOL, JCL for AT&T in 1979. Van first started working with Microsoft technologies using Access 1.0 and Visual Basic 3.0. He became an Independent Consultant in 1996 and started Innervisions Software, Inc. In 2003 he wrote his first professional ASP.Net app. Since 2004 Van has been subcontracting on an IRS project using ASP.Net, VB.Net, and SQL Server.
